If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days.
